  I bought a Hot Springs Prodigy, and I love it. It's been the only place I can go to count on pain relief for beat up muscles and joint pain. Tonya from the Rutland, VT location was extremely helpful with sales information and she listened to my own needs without selling what I did not want. She knows a great deal about the product she sells and does all she can to accommodate my needs and questions. The installation crew was fast, courteous, and appeared very knowledgeable; my hot tub was installed in less than 2 hours. Follow up to answer my questions was very thorough, polite, and well informed about their product. I highly recommend Allen Pools, but if you do not like your sales representative, ask for another one...or just ask for Tonya in Rutland. My first experience with a sales rep in Williston was not that great.
